Honoring Veterans Together

By sending us information, photos or stories about a veteran, the submitter (hereinafter "you") of this information agrees to the following:

• Permission to Share — You give the Shelby Veterans Memorial Park, Inc., permission to use the information you submit on our website and in materials that honor veterans.

• Right to Submit — You confirm that you own the information and photos you send, or you have permission from the person who does.

• Do Not Submit Original Photos or Documents — Only submit clear copies of photos, as we are unable to return original images.

• Editing for Clarity — We may edit your story for clarity or length, but we will keep the meaning and spirit of the story.

• Privacy Protection — We will not publish private contact information. 

• Removal Request — You may ask us at any time to correct or remove a story, and we will do our best to honor your request.

• Contribution Requirement — Participation in the Shelby Veterans Memorial Park, Inc. requires a $500 contribution, which will go directly toward funding the monument. This contribution supports the creation and long‑term preservation of the memorial.

By submitting a story and/or photos, you agree to these terms and allow us to share the veteran’s story as part of our mission to honor those who served.
